5. Pickup & Delivery

Once an order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time and location, or coordinate delivery if applicable. Timescales are estimates only. No payment is required until you collect your items.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Pickup & Returns policy available at /shipping. Refunds are issued in cash at the time of the return drop-off.
